Beautifully landscaped outdoor areas, Proximity to trails and nature walks, Various dining settings
The heating in our room left something to be desired, as did the excessive noise from the pub. Management should consider adjusting the checkout process for more clarity!!! The accessibility features for disabled guests require significant enhancement!!!

Couple looking for a solid retreat
Had the chance to enjoy a lovely meal downstairs. The food was top notch, even with the limited menu due to staff shortages. Plus, every staff member we met was genuinely friendly.
A bit pricey but not too bad considering the quality.

We enjoyed some amazing family fun at a nearby festival village, packed with activities and yummy food. The staff were friendly, and our meals were delicious, especially the evening dishes! Our room was spacious and had everything we needed for our stay.
My kids wished the entrance to the rooms was indoors, especially since it rained during our visit. A little more signage for family-friendly options would help us navigate better.

The location is perfect for pet owners, with plenty of local trails for walks. during check-out, we were not given a receipt for our payment, which left us a bit frustrated.

missingWrote a review on 05 Febcomplimentary upgradenice and warmcozy feeltoo soft mattresssmall ensuite
The room was nice and warm after we turned the radiator on. It was lovely that we got a complimentary upgrade to a king-size bed, but the bed was too soft for us and had two mattresses pushed together, which left a gap in the middle. The ensuite was pretty small and didn’t have a bath, which was a bit of a letdown. the room had a cozy feel, but the comfort wasn't stellar due to the mattress situation.
